MAC

I have recently brought MAC studio sculpt foundation and prep + prime powder, both these products I found were extremely successful in what the MAC sales assistant had told me, the foundation I thought really covered my face well hiding any blemishes that may have appeared, I also found using a simple foundation brush also made a lot of difference as quite frankly you don't actually need a lot of the studio sculpt as it spreads real evenly on your face. As the foundation is liquid you do need however a powder over the top to look less shiny. The prep + prime powder I found was strange at first as its so white, however it does show up translucent on your face and seems to set all your make up together quite nicely giving a light sheen to your face. Overall I was very pleased with both products and recommend anyone to try.

mustachio

As I am a keen lover of the moustache fad that is going on in the UK at the moment, my friend brought me a phone case with a moustache on, I absolutely love it and will most defiantly tell you how I get on with it. Here is a picture incase you all might like to see what I am waffling on about...

My Birthday

Well the 13th of November is unlucky for some, but not for me.... as its my birthday and the day that I get very spoilt. (I will soon be uploading some pictures for you all to see.)
On Tuesday my boyfriend took me to Chiquitos we had a lovely meal and birthday cocktails, it was the first time I had been, but yes I would most defiantly go again!! I was even given a lovely little cupcake which I thought was very sweet.

Home

Sorry I have not written in a few days I have been a typical student and left my work till last minute, so this week I have not had much time to blog due to my busy work schedule. However I had lots of fun at home, eating nice food, getting looked after and spoilt by my family and seeing my friends. Here are a few photographs I thought you might like to see.

and friends, it has been long awaited as i have not been
home since the start of September, I will keep you updated
on my antics back at home...

Good News

NEW BUYS

Black Latex Top - Topshop £10
Black Heeled Boots - Saints & Sinners £25
Gold Necklace - Topshop (Sale) £2.50
I could not resist going shopping and buying a new outfit for my friends birthday coming up.

Guerilla Marketing

I took a trip to leeds, with some of the girls on my course for a research (and shopping) day, and in the middle of the town i stopped this Guerilla Marketing, advertising IKEA furniture, it was like a little pop up living room fully fitted out, then the staff were playing games with the children getting people to notice and be aware of IKEA as a brand. I thought this was a really clever idea something to keep in mind.

Halloween

It was nice time to get dressed up for Halloween, this something that every year myself and my flat mates really go all out for, so i thought i would put on a few pictures to show you some of the Halloween outfits.
